15 Scriptures to Declare When Needing Wisdom
Who needs wisdom? Everyone right? Do you realize you don’t have to guess when it comes to making decisions? You don’t have to walk through life blindly, hoping the decisions you make will turn out to be good. You can actually seek the Lord for wisdom and He will give it to you, just as His Word promises.
Isn’t it amazing that we have a Father who loves us so much that He wants to give us wisdom? He actually desires to give us wisdom, direction and guidance in all areas of life. Just as any good earthly parent wants the best for their child, the Lord is no different! He wants the best for you too!
The important thing I want to point out before sharing scriptures with you is this — the Lord is not a genie. He isn’t going to give you answers when you use Him for what you need. But when you humble yourself before Him and abide in Him, He will give it to you. Just as I wouldn’t tell a stranger my personal life stuff, the Lord isn’t going to share His wisdom with those who only approach Him once a month when they need something. Which means, obtaining wisdom from the Lord starts with having a relationship with Him. And once you are in relationship with Him, He will give you the wisdom you are looking for!
Now for the scriptures! Below are 15 verses and declarations. If you are new to declarations, I encourage you to head to the bottom of the post where you download a free printable and then simply read them out loud. There is nothing more powerful than declaring the Word of God because it absolutely will not return null or void!
