25 Oct 25 Truths to Declare Over Your Emotions
Emotions. We all have them! But you know what? Too often we let our emotions get the best of us. We let our emotions dictate our life and we let our emotions trump what God has said in his word. Instead of focusing on his truth, we let loneliness, weariness, depression and anxiety rule our lives.
This is exactly why I have put together this post today. For every emotion you are feeling, you have the power and authority to replace that emotion with the TRUTH! Yes, God’s word is true! While it is healthy to feel, it’s never good to let your emotion overtake you. I hope this post helps you today and if it does, the good news is I have a created a printable here: 25 Truths to Declare Over Your Emotions.

“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.” Matthew 11:28-30
“But they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint.”

“I waited patiently for the LORD; he turned to me and heard my cry. He lifted me out of the slimy pit, out of the mud and mire; he set my feet on a rock and gave me a firm place to stand. Posted at 10:25h, 26 OctoberLOVE LOVE LOVE it Caroline! Feel the emotions, but don’t let them overtake you. I think back to wasted time worrying and being anxious and right there in the Word He tells us not to be anxious but do you think I heeded those words? Not once, I just enveloped and allowed them consumption. These are wonderful reminders that God has our interests at heart, and even before we are born!

Posted at 15:51h, 29 DecemberThank you for this. I found it uplifting to read through. I hadn’t recalled Jeremiah 31:25 – it will probably be underlined in my Bible soon.
