15 Jun He is Faithful

God is so good. He constantly surprises and I love the way He works. Friday (yesterday) morning I was taking a flight from Dallas to Kansas City to spend time with 2 of my closest girl friends. While on the plane, I read a chapter of the Pregnant with Hope book for my Infertility Support Group. Once I got off the plane and was walking through the terminal a sweet girl came up to me and let me know she saw the book I was reading (I thought I was sneaky, but apparently not)! She also noticed I was reading Jesus Calling on my phone so she assumed I was a believer. She let me know she wanted to be praying for me.

I love the way that God orchestrated it. It was no coincidence she was sitting behind me on the plane. The even awesomer (not a word, I know) part is she said Her husband prayed for her that same morning that she would be able to find someone that she could encourage and pray for while she was on her weekend trip. So we stood in the middle of the terminal and she prayed over me and our situation. I had to ask for her email. It turns out she lives 5-10 miles away from us and after she handed me her business card, we made the connection that C.J used to volunteer at the ministry she works for. Awesome stuff. Loved her boldness and her faith to approach me too!

I’m so thankful God placed her in my life at the perfect time. It was a rough week and God knew her encouragement was exactly what I needed. I hope that a friendship is formed out of it and look forward to hanging out with her once we are both back in Dallas! He is faithful!
