02 Jul Memory Monday – Week 11

This week I’m sticking with the theme of fear. This verse is short, but so powerful. When we seek the Lord through prayer, he gives us help, answers us, and delivers us from ALL our fears. God pays attention to all of those who call on him. Whether He offers us an escape or He offers us help, we know that He hears our cries and He acts on behalf of us.

This verse also reminds me of the verse last week which says that God does not give us a spirit of fear and based on the word, we know when fear is present in our life, that it is NOT from the Lord. Instead, He gives us power, love, and a sound mind! Praise Him!
