Memory Monday – Week 29
If you have a chance to read Psalm 33, it is really good. The whole Psalm is about rejoicing and thanking God because He is faithful and His word is unchangeable. Verses 4-5 really captivated my attention last week.
Verse 4 tells us that all God’s words are right and true and He is always faithful. He never forgets, never changes, and never leaves His promises unfulfilled. He is holy, trustworthy and unchangeable. He is the same yesterday, today and forever. Hebrews 13:8 Isn’t that beautiful? It’s such a blessing of hope that we have in Him. My post last week on God’s faithfulness speaks to the last half of this verse.
Verse 5 talks about God’s righteousness and justice, which go hand in hand and both show us how much His love never fails. He always does what is right. His promises are always wise, good, and always filled with truth. He possesses all good qualities in perfect balance. If you feel like you have been in a unjust situation, don’t take revenge, but continue to ask God for justice to be done. Keep asking until He has answered. When you are seeking Him, He will answer. Praise Him!
Here is a favorite song praising Him that His love never fails.
