My Miracle Testimony

Ever since mid-April I have been having extreme back pain. Some days were worse than others, but as of two weekends ago, I was miserable. The fact that I sit at a computer all day doesn’t help anything. It hurt to sit. It hurt to stand. It hurt to eat. To laugh. To cough. To lean over. You name it and it hurt.

While we were at our church’s Sunday night service (the pain was at the highest it had been on this particular day) a word of knowledge was given for anyone with back pain to stand up. So I did and I received prayer. Instantly the back pain was gone. I have watched and heard many people at church get prayed over and healed, but had never experienced any physical healing miracles myself. It just left me in awe that in an instant all pain was removed. It’s been almost 2 weeks since then and I’m 100% better. There is no pain. For anyone who has ever had physical pain, they will realize how debilitating it is and how much of a difference it makes to go through the day pain-free. Praise Jesus!

I don’t know why sometimes Jesus chooses to do a miracle in an instant, sometimes he chooses to heal over days, weeks, or years and sometimes He chooses not to heal at all, but I do know this – He performed a miracle on my back. There was and is no other explanation besides a miracle from Him.

The testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy (Revelation 19:10). Miracles in your life demonstrate the nature of God. Each story told of breakthrough carries the potential to release the power of Jesus into a hopeless situation. When we share what God has done, it causes faith to explode as the testimony prophecies His desire to do the miracle again!” – Bill Johnson

How powerful is that? So, I’m sharing this to create an environment for God to repeat the same miracle. I want to release the same testimony to others who are experiencing back pain and to remind us all that even if we haven’t gotten the healing that we are waiting and praying for, don’t give up. Trust me, we have been asking for prayer for children for 2.5 years now. I can’t even count the amount of times we have received prayer for children. Hundreds. I wish He would have brought us babies instead of Him healing my back, but that is not the point. He is a God who heals. He did it with my blood levels, he did it with my back, and we continue to trust that He is going to heal again and bring us our babies. Sometimes His timing and healing is not when we ask for it (babies) and sometimes it’s when we least expect it (my back), but either way – He is a God who heals and performs miracles. If you haven’t received yours yet – keep on praying and keep on believing!

Amazing!! I’m so happy for you in this… Wow! Thankful for the Lord’s work and his present-day miracles. Sometimes, I think we choose to think miracles were a thing of the Bible but that they don’t happen today. Clearly not! Amen, amen!

Oh my friend I am so sorry about your pain. Again praises to God for healing. I had a knee that was healed miraculously right before getting surgery. It was quite the relief. I am glad you are feeling better it’s good to have a savior who also heals. It’s no telling what he’s doing in your body, I’m believing changes are being made in light of your great blood results. With my knee it got worst before it was better!

PRAISE GOD, Caroline! Thank you for speaking this so others can benefit from it! We overcome by the bood of the Lamb and the word of our testimony. Hearing what God has done for you gives the ones who hear it faith for their own circumstances and situations, and God gets all the glory. He certainly deserves it. 🙂 I am so sorry to hear that you have been suffering so much and so grateful to hear the pain is gone. Praise His name!

Amen! Our God is alive and still on the throne! Hallelujah!
(I randomly found your blog through your comment on scissortailsilk)…but anyways, I was doinig my devos the other morn and thought of the scripture that goes right along with this: “And they overcame him because of the blood of the Lamb and because of the word of their testimon” (Rev 12:11). 5.5 years ago my pastors were in a serious motorcycle crash – he was declared paralyzed and his wife, who suffered a collapsed lung and serious head injury, with donor teams on hand to take her organs, are now living, BREATHING, WALKING miracles to this day! No wheelchairs, crutches, walkers, oxygen or bedridden orders – you wouldn’t even believe the severity of their injuries if you saw them today! The blood will never loose its power!

God is so awesome!!! I had a similar situation before my hysteroscopy. Even though I had had the procedure done before and wasn’t nervous UNTIL they started to put the IV needle in (no meds yet just the IV needle). I mean I could kind of feel my throat tighten where it was making my chest feel heavy because I was so worked up, worried and nervous and shaking a bit. I just prayed to God to help me have peace and calm in this moment and you know what? He did just that!!! There is no other explanation as to why I suddenly felt calm and peace about the entire situation! All of the glory goes to Him!!

He really can do all things, I had the unfortunate experience of dying on the operating table during surgery. After a long prayer session , god granted me life again. The surgery was a success. The transition from man to woman was complete, praise the Lord 🙂
