17 Oct Someday Starts Now
A few months ago, I saw a commercial for a campaign called Someday Starts Now. I was at the gym, so couldn’t listen, but just saw the title and immediately it hit me in my Spirit. That is exactly how I feel. Someday I will be a mother, but I need to act on that right now. I need to continue preparing my body, my mind, and my soul for that day. If you wonder why I am so passionate about health, including eating healthy, working out, and avoiding yucky environment stuff, it is because I want to treat my body now as if I already am pregnant.
It is interesting that once I went home and researched more about this campaign, that is exactly what it is about. Today matters. The campaign is to bring awareness to healthy babies. The purpose is to educate men and women about healthy pregnancies and stronger babies.
Start thinking about your someday today. Be Proactive. Prepare your body to carry a baby. Get the nursery ready. Save money for the additional expenses that will be coming. Prepare spiritually to be a mom. Don’t waste time complaining about what you don’t have, but take a step of faith and get ready for what is coming! Prepare yourself for the fulfillment of God’s promise!
If you are someone who is wanting a baby, check out this page for more details about how to get healthy! Someday starts now!

Posted at 23:34h, 18 OctoberSuch a good challenge for me. I’m really struggling with the idea of preparing a nursery now. I know that’s my next big act of faith.

Posted at 21:49h, 21 OctoberSo true! I get caught in thinking it’s an “in-between” time, not realizing that I need to be preparing NOW. I think this definitely applies to children but it can apply to any other area of life. thanks for sharing!

Posted at 14:24h, 23 OctoberWhat a wonderful campaign to get people thinking about the health of their own bodies and their yet-to-be-conceived babies. Too often, we find out that we are pregnant and wish we had made better choices with our bodies. This also makes me think about how, as Christians, we need to be heavenly minded. We cannot live our lives on this earth as if this is all there is. Great post, Caroline. Thanks so much for linking up to the #shinebloghop!
