Here are some steps you can begin immediately:

* Eat the colors of the rainbow, ideally organic, and base your meals on vegetables and protein

*Avoid dairy, gluten, excess sugar, trans fats and junk food and subsequently you’ll attain a healthy weight for your fertility

*Quit smoking, coffee and alcohol;

*Exercise regularly

*Sleep well

*Stress less
