I have really enjoyed reading up on foods and vitamins that can help improve our health and fertility. Back in July, I made a post about vitamins that C.J. was taking, but since then we are both now taking a lot more so I thought I would give another update!

    Brandon LOVES the L-Arginine. He still takes it now. He always took supplements working out when he was younger, and he says that the L-Arginine has the same effects in the gym as his supplements did. It also aids in bloodflow 😉

    I never changed my vitamins that much. I was always a Prenatal Vitamin girl. I tried some of the fertility supplements and Evening Primrose Oil but never noticed a true difference. I don’t think I’ll ever take anything other than a Prenatal Vitamin until I’m much older. My nails and hair have definitely benefited from them!

    Vitamins are very essential to the body, before taking these vitamins make sure that you are not allergic with it. Its better to consult a doctor before taking up this vitamins. missing children
