Commitment to Bloggers

The power of prayer has really been on my heart lately. I want to make a commitment to every blog I visit. Many times I visit a blog and due to the circumstance of the individual (bad doctor’s reports, failed treatments  etc), I begin to pray for them. But what if I did this for every infertility blog I read, regardless of what the current circumstance was?

This world would probably be a much different place if we all prayed a little more. We are not on this journey alone, so we mine as well make the most of it and join together! If you have specific prayer requests that are not mentioned on your blog, please send them my way! Prayers for lots of baby dust for all my infertile friends out there!
I received a magazine in the mail today, and this verse was in it. How fitting!

Love this! This also came to mind Matt 18:19 ‘If two of you on earth agree about anything you ask for, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven.’

This is so great. Sometimes I feel so overwhelmed by all the hurts and needs in our blogging world of friends…so many things to pray for I feel overwhelmed. But I’m trying hard to truly pray for each person, especially if I SAY I am going to!! Thanks for the encouragement and reminder!

I’ve really been trying to do the same thing. I used to always tell people I would pray for them (in person, not on blogs) and then forget. So now, I pray right when I read the blog. Just a few quick sentences. And you know how God says that wherever two or three are gathered, He’s there in our midst? I think that applies to online “togetherness” too. (-:
