My Best Friend Book Giveaway
Do you remember me taking a step of faith and painting our nursery? I also love to buy baby clothes and books. I have been adding more to the book collection and recently got ‘Meet My Best Friend‘ and ‘The Bible is My Best Friend Devotional‘ as well! I love that they are both written by Sheila Walsh. Even though I haven’t read much of her stuff lately, I still remember doing a few of her bible study videos years ago and always being encouraged by what she had to share.
Meet My Best Friend
This book reminds children that the bible isn’t just a book, but encourages that it can be your friend too! I love the idea behind it, because the whole bible is God’s Word. It is His truth and this book points children to that fact. I know I want our children growing up knowing that the bible is the most important book they will ever read! The illustrator of this book is Sarah Horne and if you can’t already tell in the picture below, the images in this book are so well done! I was super impressed and I just love all the color! This is a hardcover book, for ages 4-8 and has 32 pages.
The Bible is My Best Friend Devotional
This is a devotional to the ‘Bible is My Best Friend’ book. This devotional connects God’s word to little children and is also hardcover, but much larger in size with 224 pages. It is made for ages 4-10. This book contains 52 scriptures as well as a memory verse, let’s talk, family fun, weekly challenge, back to the Bible, and a checkpoint. Just as mentioned for the first book, you can see that these images are so well done and perfect for children. This devotional would be perfect for any family as it has questions that families can answer together. It will create conversation whether it’s at the dinner table or before bedtime.
Would you like a copy of either of these books? I am giving away BOTH! There will be two winners, each receiving one book! Use the rafflecopter widget below to enter!
