Welcome to In Due Time! I am Caroline and I am so glad you are here. While your story might be much different from mine, I hope as you read and follow along, you are encouraged and inspired to seek joy in the trials as well as trust God in the waiting.
A little about me? I grew up in Oklahoma, moved to Dallas during high school and attended Baylor University where I graduated with my degree in Finance and Marketing. After graduation, I moved to Dallas, TX and began my job as a financial analyst, where I stayed for 11 years before retiring in June 2017 to pursue ministry full-time.
My blog was started in 2012 when doctors told us that it would be impossible for my husband and I to have children naturally. The Lord told me to start writing and now 1,000+ posts, here we are! I have a passion of bringing hope and encouragement to those who are waiting. That passion turned into me writing and publishing my first book, In Due Time: Hope and Encouragement in the Waiting.
My husband and I are still praying and believing for a miracle to become parents and are taking the path less traveled as we wait on the Lord instead of pursuing other options. When I am not blogging, leading the ministry I founded, Moms in the Making, which is a non-profit, faith-based infertility support group, or recording for my podcast, A Cup Full of Hope, you can find me traveling the world with my husband or working out!

Posted at 00:27h, 24 FebruaryWe are definitely on pretty much the same path. My hubby and I got married in Dec. 2007, I was off birth control in March 2008…..we are still believing God for our miracle babies! I’m learning so much on this path and I’m grateful to God for loving us enough to bring forth miracles through us! In my community, this is not discussed enough, so I’m looking to encourage and inspire those on this path as well. God is great and I’m so glad to see people on similar journeys. Blessings to you and your hubby!

Posted at 13:27h, 13 MarchCaroline,
I have been following your story and ministry on Instagram in preparation to share my own story of infertility, as God has recently called me to do. I realized I had not yet “met” you and am inspired to have read this page. My husband and I also have an unconventional infertility story in not pursuing ART. It can be a lonely road! Maybe it prolonged our time to conceive, but God worked in our trials to bring us to Him, and now I am fulfilled with His great love and complete trust in His promises.
Thank you for your heart. How incredible for you to use your spiritual gifts to follow God and inspire others in this way! May He continue to bless you and guide your path.
With Love,
Jalina

Posted at 20:22h, 08 JulyReading your story sounds just like ours only we have never gone to the doctor to see what they will say. I have just been trying to put all my faith in God because I know at the end of the day he has the final say not the doctors. I am so glad I picked up your book it’s helping me see things in a whole new way.

Posted at 22:07h, 12 NovemberI am very thankful for your book. We are pursuing adoption and waiting to be matched. I come to our nursery nightly and have been reading a devotional before reading the BiBle and praying. Tonight on 33, praying for you and your miracle baby!
