{3 Day Date} Our January date night turned into a {3 Day Date} Our January date night turned into a 3 day date when we purchased some last minute tickets to a local conference. Our favorite date nights have always been worship nights but 3 days straight? I have no words. 😭

Ascending the mountain of God can feel really lonely sometimes but I am so glad that I will always have Colby by my side as we ascend together. While nothing can replace our individual time of being in the secret place with the Father, there is something so powerful about being with the corporate body, and as a couple, worshipping the Holy One together, especially for 3 days straight. 🙌🏼 Definitely the best date weekend ever! 😭🔥💥 📸 @jeremiahjohnsonministries

Colby convinced me to do a 7 mile hike and let’s just say I should have listened to him when he told me to wear my hiking shoes. 🤪 Who knew their was rocky, uphill terrain in Texas?

Was anyone else able to do anything fun for the day? It’s supposed to rain every day this week so we were glad to enjoy the last dry day of the week outside! 😎

A little about me? I live in Dallas with my husband, Colby. We have been believing for miracle babies for 8.5 years! We absolutely love to travel and I have shared our adventures on my blog or at #cctraveldate.
.
I have a heart to share HOPE with others. Despite what I have faced, I refuse to let my trials define me or partner up with anything other than the truth from God’s Word. My only focus is JESUS and my only desire for 2021 is to go deeper with Him.

I lead @momsinthemaking, a faith-based fertility support group for women trying to grow their family, host @acupfullofhopepodcast, which releases new episodes every Monday, and blog at In Due Time.

We usually go before Christmas but because of quarantine we saved it till after! I must say it felt a little different going after Christmas, and going during a work week, but regardless, I’m always thankful for a night out with my man, especially during the Christmas season! I am only wishing we both didn’t have to work tomorrow. 😴💁🏻‍♀️
